Return and Refund Policy/Shipping rates and Policy

We at Afhee World Communication value your patronage, so review our return/refund or exchange policy below if you’re not happy with the product you bought. Any product(s) that are returned must be in brand-new, unused condition and include all of the original labels, tags, and serial numbers.

Return Process

To return an item or items, please email customer service at infodesk@afheeworld.com or call the office line here to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Afterwards, keep the item safe from scratch and dirt.

Refund Policy

After all verifications of the return(s) by the Supervisor, the item(s) can be processed for Return or Exchange. Depending on the type of item(s) being returned,  an exchange or refund may be instantaneous or a few days due to processing time.

Exceptions

For factory defective product(s), please contact the listed number for proper instruction on exchange or refund.
Note: We have the ability to determine such defects, if factory or self-damaged. Invoices of purchase MUST be presented before any Return or Exchange. If none of these didn’t meet you well, kindly call the customer care number.

PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY

* Product(s) remain the property of Afhee World Communication until full payment is made.
* Product (s) returned in good condition shall attract 10% restocking surcharge.
* Customers are advised to check their products before leaving any of our offices or before the delivery personal leaves because we take no responsibility of accepting products not returned within 48hrs within Lagos State and 72hrs outside Lagos State.
* We appreciate your understanding and constant patronage.
